Wind
The wind does not blow. I've lived on this earth and walked in its atmosphere for decades, and I have only just realized this point: We understand the wind the wrong way.
An electric fan blows. This simple device is a turbine. It pushes air. But wind is not driven this way—it is not pushed any more than a falling rock is being pushed as it rolls downhill.
Rather, the wind is pulled. The air mass moves because it is drawn toward a region where the pressure is lower. That is, the gaps between air molecules are wider in one place than they are in another. The wind is air being pulled to fill these gaps.
Wind is air undergoing its own version of falling downhill. When you feel yourself refreshed by a breeze, you are standing in the midst of an avalanche.
Or this: It is said that nature abhors a vacuum. When you feel yourself refreshed by a breeze, you are basking in the flow of that abhorrence.
